1. Role & Authorisation

FinPros Partners is a sole proprietorship operated by Mr. Ashish Dutt Chhirolya, acting as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) on behalf of various banks and NBFCs. As a DSA, we:

• Source customer leads on behalf of partner lenders
• Assist with documentation, KYC collection, and loan application submission
• Coordinate between borrowers and lenders during the approval process

We do not independently sanction loans, set interest rates, levy processing fees, or hold customer funds. All such activities are performed by the partner lender.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Loan approval depends on multiple factors including but not limited to your CIBIL score, income proof, employment status, asset valuation, lender's credit policy, internal due diligence, and prevailing market conditions. We cannot and do not guarantee:

• Loan approval or sanction
• Specific interest rates, processing fees, or charges
• Specific loan amount, tenure, or EMI
• Time taken for processing or disbursement
• Continuation of any specific lender relationship or product

3. Indicative Information Only

The information on our Website, including but not limited to:

• Service descriptions on the Home and Services pages
• EMI calculator results
• Document checklists in the "Documentation Support" tool
• Any rates, ranges, or timelines mentioned

4. EMI Calculator Disclaimer

The EMI calculator on this Website uses the standard reducing-balance EMI formula. Actual EMI may differ due to:

• Lender-specific calculation methods
• Compounding frequency
• Floating vs. fixed rate adjustments over the loan tenure
• Processing fees, GST, insurance premiums, or other charges added to the loan
• Prepayment, foreclosure, or part-payment scenarios

Please refer to the official sanction letter and loan agreement issued by your lender for accurate figures.

5. RBI Compliance

We operate in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines for Direct Selling Agents, including but not limited to:

• Fair Practices Code prescribed for DSAs of banks and NBFCs
• Code of Conduct for recovery agents and DSAs (we do not perform recovery activities)
• Maintenance of customer information confidentiality

We do not collect any cash, cheque, demand draft, or fees on behalf of lenders. All loan-related payments must be made directly by you to the lender through their official channels (NEFT/RTGS/UPI to the lender's official account).

6. We Will Never Ask You For

• OTP, ATM PIN, internet banking password, or UPI PIN
• Card CVV or full card number
• Cash, cheques, or demand drafts payable to "FinPros Partners" or any individual
• Any loan disbursement to be transferred to our account

If anyone — claiming to represent FinPros Partners or otherwise — asks you for the above, it is fraud. Please report to us immediately at ashishchhirolya@finprospartners.com or call +91 78699 20319, and report to your nearest cyber-crime cell or call 1930 (India's cyber-crime helpline).

7. Insurance & Investment Disclosures

For insurance products, we may act as a referral partner to licensed insurance agents. Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. The benefit, cover, premium, and exclusions are determined by the underwriting insurance company. Investment products carry market risk; please read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

8. Third-Party Brand & Logo Use

Bank, NBFC, and insurer names and logos that may appear on our Website remain the property of their respective owners. Their display is solely to indicate our DSA / referral relationships and does not imply endorsement, exclusivity, or partnership beyond the DSA agreement.
