3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only as needed and only with:

• Partner Banks & NBFCs — when you authorize us to submit a loan application on your behalf (e.g., HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Tata Capital, Mahindra Finance, Shriram Finance, Bajaj Finserv, Cholamandalam, etc.). Each lender has its own privacy policy governing further use.
• Service providers we rely on — Formspree (form submission delivery), Google Analytics (anonymous traffic analysis), Hostinger (website hosting), Google Workspace (email).
• Government / regulatory bodies — only when required by law (e.g., RBI directives, court orders, tax authorities).

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share your data with marketers or unrelated third parties.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry data — retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction, then deleted.
• Loan / KYC documents — retained as required by RBI / lender guidelines (typically 8-10 years).
• Analytics data — retained for up to 14 months by Google (default).
• You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
