2. Nature of Our Services

FinPros Partners does not lend money directly. We:

• Help you compare loan products from multiple banks and NBFCs
• Assist with documentation and application submission
• Guide you through the loan approval and disbursement process
• Provide referral services for life and health insurance, and investment products

The final decision on loan approval, interest rate, tenure, and terms is made solely by the partner bank/NBFC based on their internal policies and your eligibility. We do not guarantee approval, specific rates, or specific outcomes.

3. Eligibility to Use the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident of India and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• The information you submit (in the enquiry form, WhatsApp, or in person) must be true, accurate, and your own.

4. Permitted Use

7. EMI Calculator & Tools

The EMI calculator and other tools on the Website provide indicative estimates only, based on standard formulas. Actual EMI, interest rate, processing fees, and total cost are determined by the lender based on their policies and your loan profile. The calculator output is not a quotation, offer, or commitment.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website contains links to third-party websites (banks, NBFCs, WhatsApp, Google Maps). We don't control these sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms.

9. Fees & Charges

Our consultation and DSA services are typically free of charge to the customer. We are compensated through commissions paid by the lender/insurer upon successful disbursement or sale.

If any service involves a fee (e.g., processing or convenience charges levied by a partner bank), it will be clearly communicated to you in writing before you commit. Never share OTPs, ATM PINs, internet banking passwords, or card CVVs with us or anyone — we never ask for these.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Website and our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not warrant that the Website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the Website.
• Our total liability for any direct loss arising in connection with the Website shall not exceed ₹5,000.
